Basket Kits

I’m in the midst of designing some new basket kits for 2015, so here’s a sneak peak!

Two down and a few more to go. The first is Double Wall Tall, our contemporary variation of  a double wall. We added French Randing with some brightly colored dyed reeds for a nice accent. You’ll also learn some different ways to turn an edge and create angles on your baskets for a modern look.

The second new basket kit is a combination of Twining and Twill with both smoked flat reed and natural round reed. Haven’t come up with a name for it yet, but it is So Fun to weave with its easy slotted base beginning.

As always, our basket kits come with fully illustrated, step-by-step instructions. LOTS of photos and close-ups, plus illustrations. We take nothing for granted. If a basket kit calls for “twining”, we show you how to twine in that kit. We don’t assume that you learned how to twine somewhere else.

Both basket kits are super sturdy and will surely result in some basket-envy from your friends.
